My soul finds rest in God alone;

Truths to Rest My Heart:
Rest.
Again with rest.
I need rest from my mind.
I’m overwhelmed.
I won’t find rest apart from God.
In Him alone is my rest, deep rest, in my soul.
He saves me.
He is my strength, my rock, my Savior.
I am unshaken with Him.
He is rest, He provides and is the sources of rest.
He is my fortress and my rock—He is unshakable.

Take refuge in His solidness and steadfastness. Rest in Him. True rest, releasing my worries.
